Who We Are

With 22 years in the planning and development sector to draw upon, Robert has dealt with a wide range of planning, property and development issues during his career. 

Robert has worked for private clients providing pragmatic advice based on a knowledge and understanding of their requirements and the planning system, varying in scale from small householder applications to new residential development projects.   

Robert has undertaken work on behalf of various public sector bodies and has a wealth of knowledge of the Local Plan process.  He was involved in the production of various Local Plan documents in London, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Essex, as well as Town Centre Masterplans and has led work on Supplementary Planning Documents, Planning Obligations and Community Infrastructure Levy, Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project issues, as well as being involved in residential appeals. 

Robert is accustomed to presenting at public meetings and consultation events and handling political liaison, as well as providing expert evidence at planning inquiries, appeal hearings and Examinations in Public.
